The Research & Performance Management team conducts independent research and analysis to track progress toward the District’s goals, evaluate the effectiveness of various programs, and help inform decision-making and planning efforts that can improve student outcomes. ESSER KPIs - Beginning in 2022, MSCS reports monthly progress related to the District’s ESSER (COVID Relief Fund) strategies to the Board of Education. These ESSER KPIs help MSCS monitor implementation and assess return on investment for these strategies.
