Who is elgible/served? Extended School Year (ESY) refers to special education and/or related services provided beyond the normal school year of an LEA for the purpose of providing FAPE to a student with a disability. These services, at no cost to the parent, will reflect the individual needs of the student based on the IEP team decision made in the spring before ESY. The consideration of ESY services is a part of the IEP process. The team will determine how to best serve the student with a data-informed plan preventing regression academically, behaviorally, or medically. The IEP must address the provision of ESY services, if required, for the student to receive FAPE.
Dates and Times: June 1-26, 2026 from 8am-12pm daily
Teacher Inservice: May 29, 2026 from 8am-12:30pm
Open House: Parent meeting and medication drop off May 29, 2026 at 1pm to 3:30pm
