The mission of the Memphis-Shelby County Schools Mental Health Center (MSCSMHC) is to remove barriers to academic achievement, foster school success, and promote safe and supportive schools for our students.

The Social Emotional Hotline (SEL) is a live service available to the MSCS community Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Parents, students, and staff can call to connect with a member of the MSCSMHC to receive resources and assistance with social emotional concerns. Please call (901) 416-8484 to speak with someone today.

Families may also call the 24-hour informational line, (901) 416-2266, for pre-recorded support messages from the MSCSMHC.
