Aspiring Teachers was developed to help a vital part of our instruction population increase their chances of becoming licensed teachers. The program is a multi-tiered initiative, which includes online and in-person support to help you pass the required Praxis exams. In collaboration with other local education partners, Shelby County Schools offers a customized approach to support selected participants to ensure they enter or remain in the classroom as a licensed educator.
