District 4: Germanshire Elementary to Celebrate 12 Days of Christmas

The Holidays’ season has begun, and Germanshire Elementary School is getting ready to celebrate their “12 Days of Christmas” with a little twist: it would really be “12 Days to the Winter Break.” The countdown begins on Thursday, December 5.

The school is encouraging all students, parents, teachers, and staff members to participate in this wonderful tradition in order to bring in joy and share special moments with everyone. Furthermore, it is a great way to engage students in fun, festive, and educational activities while in school.

For this celebration, Germanshire Elementary has set up a calendar (shown below) for things to do, like wearing holiday sweaters or holiday pajamas on a certain day, for instance. Other ideas include wearing the typical Christmas colors – green and red, red and white, or white and blue –, holiday accessories, lights, sparkles, etc.

The main purpose is to keep the spirit of the holidays alive while learning at the same time.
