Hickory Ridge Elementary recently hosted a delightful event called Pancakes with Parents, bringing together savory pancakes, warm hugs, and the laughter of children. According to Abraham Maslow, belonging and love are fundamental human needs. Pancakes with Parents helped fulfill this need by fostering connections among families, allowing parents to bond with their children while supporting their school community.
