Why: The MLGW Goes To School Program will visit Kingsbury Career and Technology Center to spark interest among students in the utility/energy industry. MLGW employee volunteers will talk to students about their educational backgrounds, career choices and job responsibilities and duties. MLGW Goes to School is a program developed to encourage Shelby County Schools' students to explore career opportunities in the utility/energy industry, specifically Memphis' publicly-owned utility.
