SCS is proud to announce the upcoming Virtual Family Forum: Early Childhood, Grade Transitions and Community Resources, taking place Saturday, April 24, 2021, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
SCS Family Forums provide an opportunity for all parents to gather, learn and share important information to support student learning and success in school. Click the following links to join the live virtual sessions on Microsoft Teams.

Storm Water Awareness and Environmental Education - City of Memphis Storm Water Department

- This session will share the importance of storm water and the benefits of early environmental education for storm water awareness.

Enrolling/Recertifying Kids and families into Free TennCare Insurance - Seedco
*Teams Meeting
- This session will share insurance information with SCS parents that have coverage via the state as well as those that need new coverage. Parents will also have an opportunity to ask and engage with Seedco representatives.

Nuestros servicios son gratuitos, los ayudamos aplicar y asesoramos en el proceso.

Support for Shelby County Families in Need - Shelby County Division of Community Services
*Teams Meeting
- Shelby County Government will share about the social services provided by Shelby County Government, including rent/mortgage, utility, and medical prescription assistance and help for seniors, disabled adults, veterans, and crime victims.

Bridging the Gap: Navigating the K-12 Experience

- This session will provide an overview of what parents can expect from school counselors when their child transitions through the K-12 school experience.
