The Office of Compensation develops, implements and administers classification and wage and salary programs that are compliant with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, Board rules, and human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines, and that support the District’s goals for internal equity, external competitiveness and accurate pay for personnel.
