Leading from the Frontline

MSCS strives to provide "5 Star" service to all constituents. This initiative would be used to share constituents' most recent customer service encounters to recognize our hard-working front-line employees in our schools and District offices who go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. 

Any member of the school community can nominate a frontline employee. Nominations can be made the 1st – 20th of each month. We will recognize a different staff member from each grade band every month based on the contributions and descriptions submitted by constituents.
