Customer Service W.O.R.K.S.

Memphis-Shelby County Schools wants all customers, including employees, students, parents and partners, to have confidence in us as a service provider. MSCS constituents will experience a welcoming environment and high-quality service when interacting with Central Office and school-based staff. Each month we host customer service interactive sessions to share evidence-based practices to foster a culture of trust and strengthen customer experience in five areas represented by the acronym WORKS:
