Oak Forest Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Oak Forest Elementary will honor Hispanic Heritage Month, Wednesday, September 26th at 12:15 featuring a brief history of Hispanic Heritage month; a traditional folk dance performance with the girls dressed in folkloric skirts; a short video about the Mexican holiday, El Día de Los Muertos; as well as spoken word pieces from our students telling about the history of this important holiday. We invite you to attend Wednesday and celebrate with our students and community.
