What is a FSA?
A flexible spending account (FSA) is a plan that provides the option of electing pre-tax payroll deductions for certain eligible health care and/or child/dependent care expenses. Because the expenses are paid with pre-tax dollars, the result is immediate tax savings. How much can I contribute? You may contribute up to a maximum of $2,550 per year based on IRS regulations for the current year.

How do I access my funds?
FSA participants will be provided a take care Visa Flex Benefits card. Qualified purchases using the take care Visa Flex Benefits card will be instantly deducted from your flex benefit account. If you are unable to use your Visa flex Benefits card you may access a claim form at http://www.cpnflex.com/files/FlexibleSpendingAccountClaimForm.pdf
